Chat Assistant (CourtieBot): CourtieBot is a scripted assistant, not AI, and nothing you send it goes to an outside AI service. Messages you send it, and the email address you give it, are stored for up to 90 days so we can reply and improve its answers. If you rate CourtieBot with a face, the rating is saved with your chat so we can fix wrong answers, and it's deleted with the chat. None of it is sold or shared.

We use this information to deliver services, send notifications, process payments, and—with your consent—send you marketing communications.
